1. About The Inner Work Library

The Inner Work Library ("the Library") is a lifetime access digital resource created and owned by Sandy C Newbigging ("Sandy"). By purchasing access to the Library, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Access to the Library is granted on a lifetime basis from the date of purchase. Lifetime access means for as long as The Inner Work Library is offered by Sandy C Newbigging. While it is Sandy's intention to maintain the Library indefinitely, Sandy reserves the right to close or discontinue the Library at any time. In the event of closure, reasonable notice will be given to all members.

Access is personal and non-transferable. Your login details must not be shared with any other person.

3. Intellectual Property

All content within the Library — including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, written materials, course manuals, and guided meditations — is the intellectual property of Sandy C Newbigging. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or repurpose any content from the Library without prior written permission.

Sandy's teaching is free to be discussed and referenced in personal or professional contexts. The content itself — in its recorded or written form — may not be copied or redistributed.

4. Personal Shares and Confidentiality

Some recordings within the Library include personal shares from individuals who participated in live sessions. These were shared in trust. You agree to treat all personal information shared by individuals within the Library with full confidentiality. You must not raise, repeat, or share anything a person has disclosed — within these recordings or within The Inner Life Telegram group — with them or any third party. Any questions regarding personal shares can be directed to Sandy via his contact form.

5. Wellbeing and Disclaimer

The content within this Library is intended for educational and personal development purposes only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice and should not be treated as such.

If you are experiencing physical or mental health concerns, please seek appropriate professional medical advice and treatment. Sandy actively encourages an integrative approach to health and wellbeing — one that includes both conventional medical care and complementary inner work practices. The content within this Library is intended to support, not replace, professional care.

The teaching inside this Library assumes you are not currently in a harmful relationship or situation. If there is harm present in your life, please prioritise getting distance and appropriate support before engaging with this material.

Sandy C Newbigging accepts no liability for any decisions made or actions taken as a result of engaging with the content within the Library. This includes any physical, emotional, or psychological responses arising from meditations, guided techniques, or any other practices contained within the Library. You are responsible for your own wellbeing and for how you engage with and apply what you learn.

6. Refunds

The Inner Work Library comes with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.

After 14 days, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If you have a concern about your purchase outside of this period, please contact Sandy directly and every effort will be made to find a fair resolution.

7. General Terms

These terms apply to all products and services offered by Sandy C Newbigging including masterclasses, one-to-one sessions, retreats, and any other offerings unless otherwise stated. Sandy reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of any service following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
